Eventually I have to lower the amount of fat in my diet. So I decided to try this fat-free thing for lunch yesterday. I believe they should call it flavor-free instead of fat-free. I made a grilled cheese sandwich with low fat bread and fat free cheese, a slice of tomato and onion, and fat free margerine.

Low fat bread tastes like cardboard and fat-free cheese does not melt that well. All together it wasn’t terrible, but a ladle full of gravy and some salt would greatly improve it.

I almost forgot the bowl of whole grain, fat free cereal I had for breakfast. Not bad, but not very filling either.
