Perhaps I Should Buy a Horse…

My beloved Jeep is sick. The AC is dead. And some other part that has something to do with the drive shaft is dysfunctional, making the car think it’s in 4 wheel drive all the time. Total bill to fix everything will be about $2800.00. Yes that’s twenty-eight HUNDRED dollars. I don’t even think the car is worth that much. So the AC won’t be getting fixed. I suppose I can live without AC. That will chop off about $1700.00. Leaving $1100.00. It seems that in order to fix the AC they have to take off the entire dash board. That doesn’t seem to be too difficult. But then they have to try to put it back together and hope they get all the little wires reconnected correctly. Why I ask you would they put the most important air conditioning parts behind the dashboard with no other way to get to them? It figures. But the drive train thingy has to be fixed, that’s a matter of safety. If anything should happen to break, you could lose control of the steering. So now I’m wishing I had bought that little Geo Metro. Not much in the way of parts to get screwed up.

1 Year Old….

Happy Birthday to the adorable Caesar! He’ll be spending the day lounging around. Doing his dog-thing. Barking, of course. And enjoying an assortment of doggie chew toys!

Aftermath…

So the wedding is over…Everything went well…But the bride and groom could have waited for the Groom’s parents before doing the whole cutting the cake, smashing in the face thing….But that’s the last I’m going to say about that. Or maybe not! But who cuts the ####ing wedding cake at 4:45 pm??? I’d at least better get a picture of it!
On another subject, tomorrow is the adorable Caesar’s birthday!
