Buying cupcakes should not be so stressful. What is the point of putting them in those little plastic boxes (so the frosting won’t get squished) and then the cashier throws them in the bag upside down? And the frosting is all over the inside of the box. And while we’re on the subject of shopping, why do store employees like to follow me around the store like I’m going to steal something? It’s definitely suspicious when you see the same employee in several different departments. Please, if I was going to steal anything (which I wouldn’t) I’d make it something more interesting than a clearance sweater that costs $13.00.

Well at least Trista and what’s his name appear to like each other. All the previous couples on the other Bachelor shows didn’t seem to look quite right together. “Are You Hot?” doesn’t seem very appealing. Just another opportunity for annorexics to show off their bodies. Hershey bar, anyone?

Okay, How can the Bachlorette love so many guys at the same time? And what about The Bachelor? She was going to love him forever?? And now aparently The Bachelor is no longer in love with his choice of women. So maybe Trista could still have him back, too? I really have to stop caring about this stuff!

I think it’s time for another dose of rejection. I’m redoing my resume and applying for another job. I don’t think it’s the actual resume that’s doing me in, but the cover letter. So I rewrote it (ok, I stole [borrowed] some examples from online) and tried to make my job sound more interesting. I actually do a lot of things at work, it’s just difficult to write them all down.

Better idea…We should get gas masks and plastic suits. At least we could walk around our houses. Oh wait…we’d starve. And still not be able to go to the bathroom! On a brighter note…today is national Change Your Name Day. I never liked my name so perhaps I could be Cindy or Buffy or Clarissa or perhaps Shania!
