It’s only 1 day into the Christmas shopping season and already people are screaming at me because their kid won’t be getting his Nikes, jersey, etc., blah, blah, blah, in time for Christmas! The good news is there’s only 22 days more for them to yell at me . The bad news is it will get much worse before it gets better. One agent asked me today how I managed to sound so cheerful. I told him it was because I was delerious from talking to callers for 5 straight hours! There’s also a slight hypnotic effect that takes over after you’ve stared into a computer screen for that long. Enough ranting. The worst is yet to come!

Happy 1st of December. You know there are only 23 more shopping days until Christmas. So far only 1 person has given me their Christmas list. The other smart person has a list at her website. The rest of you may be getting socks and underwear! Not a bad gift, as a matter of fact. White shirts are also good! Just ask Grandma.
